Direct Debit
To keep your account up to date, we may adjust your direct debit payments to reflect changes in service usage, fees, or outstanding balances. Please ensure sufficient funds are available for these adjustments.
You can set up Direct Debit to automatically deduct your billing amount from your bank account each billing cycle. To set up, modify, or cancel Direct Debit, visit My Account.
Pay your bill with internet or phone banking. Allow up to 3 business days for your payment to be applied to your account.
