You can pay your bill online with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Simply go to the Pay my bill page.
Should you have queries or concerns regarding your account or would like to talk with a Metered Energy staff member, please email or phone 1300 MEENERGY (1300 633 637) between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Calls made outside of these hours will be forwarded to a Message Service. Metered Energy is proud of the high levels of service we provide to all of our customers and look forward to meeting your future utility needs.
Direct debit
Set up a direct debit and automate paying your bills. We’ll direct debit your chosen bank account or credit card when your payment’s due.

Pay your bill with internet or phone banking. Allow up to 3 business days for your payment to be applied to your account
