Cost of living relief is on it's way. There is nothing you need to do.

From the 1st July 2024 residential and small business customers will be eligible for a rebate on their electricity bills. This credit will be shown on the next bill you receive from us. 
Residential customers
If you had an account with us on the 1st of July 2024 we will automatically apply the $1,000.00 QLD Government COLR and the $300.00 Australian Government Energy Bill Relief rebates to your account.
Small Business customers
If you had an account with us on the1st of July 2024 we will automatically apply the $300.00 QLD Government COLR and the $325.00 Australian Government Energy Bill Relief rebates to your account.
