How we plan to support you.

Important measures we have implemented to help support our customers with COVID-19.

On 29 March 2020, we have implemented a range of new measures to support our customers, including:

No disconnections for any Metered Energy customer in financial stress who is actively communicating with us and actively engaged in one of our customer support programs until otherwise advised.
No credit default listing for any customer who is having trouble paying and actively communicating with us and actively engaged in one of our customer support programs.
Energy is an essential service and we will do everything we can to continue supporting your needs throughout this pandemic.

Paying your bills

We understand that these are uncertain times financially. If you need assistance paying your account, you can:

Apply for a payment plan
Request a payment extension
Find information about how we can support you if you are experiencing hardship and financial support. We want to help.

Metered Energy continues to focus on protecting the health and safety of our staff, ensuring ongoing safe and reliable operations. We're carrying out the necessary planning and preparation to help keep customers supplied, and if you have any questions or concerns, we're here and ready to assist.

If you, or someone in your home uses a life support machine, apply for life support with us as soon as possible (if you haven't already).
